Fennel Rice

350g of Basmati rice

2 tablespoonful of butter

1 tablespoonful of Fennel Seeds

3 Star Anise

1 Cinnamon stick

3 dried Red Chillies

3 Black Cardamom pods

2 Bay leaves

500ml of water

Salt to taste
