COOKERY SHOW (SEASON 1)

Thanks to ABNTV Sky 235 & Freeview 252, for giving me the opportunity to have my own cookery show and a very special thank you to Tina Atiemo, who was responsible for the introduction.

I'm pleased to say, I have a 13 episode (which started on the 5th of September, 2015) , in the first series of my cookery programme 'Ndudu by Fafa'.

The cookery show is about creative African cooking, where I skilfully mix Western and African ingredients together , in making mouthwatering dishes.

Be inspired to cook, learn about new ingredients, herbs, spices and different methods of cooking. Recipes are simplified and encourages you to cook flavoursome dishes.

The show airs every Saturday at 11am on ABNTV Sky 235 or Freeview 252 and repeated at 18:30pm  on Sunday's.

Each week, I'll update my blog with the recipe featured and I hope you try the recipe, take a picture , hashtag 'Ndudu by Fafa' to be featured on my blog and Instagram page.

Subscribe to my blog and YouTube page for more recipes.

A special thanks to @Nurelle on Instagram, of www.iamnurelle.tumblr.com, for the music.

Thanks and appreciation to my family, friends and followers alike, whom have helped in their own special way, in making my dream of promoting African cuisine realised.

Cheers!

  5. Though wild rice is technically the seeds of aquatic grasses, it’s popularly used like wild rice in the kitchen. It’s recognized as a whole grain and contains about three times more fiber and significantly more protein than white rice, making it a more filling choice.
