2 large Red peppers
2 large Onions
30g of Ginger
3 cloves of Garlic
30ml of Olive oil
250g of
Baby Plum Tomatoes
40g of Tomato paste
30g of Butter
1 Bay leaf
1 tsp of Aniseed
400g of peeled Prawns
20g of Basil
30g of Rosemary
Pinch of grated Nutmeg
Salt & Pepper to taste
