30g of Ginger
2 cloves of Garlic
1 teaspoonful of Mustard seeds
1 tablespoonful of Coriander seeds
1Cinnamon stick or half a teaspoon of Cinnamon powder
100ml of water
1 teaspoonful of Turmeric
1 tablespoonful of Garam masala
1 teaspoonful of Cayenne pepper
190g of Butter
3 tablespoonfuls of unscented oil of your choosing
3 Bay leaves
Salt to taste
