INGREDIENTS
3kg of Wild whole SeaBass. Let your fishmonger gut and descale your fish
1 large Lemon thinly sliced
3 sprigs of Rosemary
Half a teaspoon of freshly grated Black Peppercorns
1 levelled tablespoon of Sea Salt flakes
6 tablespoonful of Olive oil
3 tablespoonful of Apple Cider Vinegar
